Shipping in the US is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.95.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, then arrive in 2 to 5 business days in the US. You will get an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee covers first-time orders on ocoabeauty.com. If you do not love your curls, request a refund within 30 days of delivery through your customer portal. You do not need to send liquid products back. Accessories, gift cards, samples and sale items are final sale.
