DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic Shipment processing time is within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

Estimated shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please give 2 to 5 business days for delivery after your order has been processed.


FREE SHIPPING

We only offer free shipping during special sales. Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest news and offers. Please note, when we offer free shipping it cannot be combined with any other discount. Unless we have a store wide special sale, restrictions apply and at the discretion of Ocoa.  See Domestic Shipping Policy for more information on how long domestic shipping takes. 


SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Ocoa ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please indicate your address is a P.O. Box when filling out your shipping details. P.O. Box addresses can only receive packages using United States Postal Services (USPS). 


LOST OR DAMAGES TO PACKAGING

Ocoabeauty.com is not liable for any lost or damaged package during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for the lost package. USPS Priority Packages and UPS Ground/ Next Day include a $100 shipping insurance. USPS First Class Packages or USPS Parcel Select Ground do not have shipping insurance coverage.  Please see our Refund Policy for additional information. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to CANADA. Other countries will be added soon. Please sign up for our newsletter to find out when other countries are added for shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Different options will be available, please choose accordingly. 

PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  Ocoa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email, contact us at hola@ocoabeauty.com. We can resend your shipping confirmation and tracking.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and you think your order might be lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for the lost package.


RETURNS

At Ocoa, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURN YOUR PURCHASE TO US IF THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS APPLY:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Product packaging with obvious signs of use
  • Product packaging that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  •  Gift cards

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 business days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hola@ocoabeauty.com for shipping back details.


Shipping

To return your product, email us at hola@ocoabeauty.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
