It evolved from a personal quest into a sisterhood and a mission to change the generational narrative for our families.The Rebellion: In 2019, I defied the "pelo malo" (bad hair) stigma and traditional norms by proudly wearing my natural curls at my wedding.
- A Generational Shift: Finding out I was expecting a daughter made me realize I wasn't just learning to love my own hair; I was embracing her future self-image.
- Birthing a Brand and Babies: The reality of the "juggle" meant balancing a toddler, a newborn, a full-time job, and a rebranding business simultaneously. The last day of our rebrand planning even coincided directly with the arrival of my second baby on April 27, 2022.
