You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. We currently ship within the U.S. (including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS) and to Canada, with more countries coming soon. Free shipping is occasionally offered during special sales and cannot be combined with other discounts.
You may return unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days. Some exclusions apply (e.g., sale items, gift cards, opened products). Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days once approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or defective items, exchanges are available. We leave out coconut oil because it can cause buildup, weigh curls down, and trigger allergies. Instead, we use lighter, nourishing oils like sunflower, avocado, and marula—for bouncier, healthier curls.
