  • Hi Hermanas! As the year ends, I’ve set some personal goals to focus on self-improvement. I plan to nurture my mind by reading at least 20 books before the New Year and journaling every morning and before bed. For my body, I aim to be more consistent with my gym routine, get 8-9 hours of sleep, practice yoga every morning, and eat healthier. And for my soul, I want to spend quality time with my family and best friend, focusing on the people I love the most, and of course, my dreams and goals toward my career and social media.
